Our client is a thriving and well-established business based near Newcastle-under-Lyme.

They are currently seeking a Sales Administrator/Order Processor to join their friendly team.

The aim of the role is to ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the order process and will include

  • Assisting the Sales department with all sales and administrative duties
  • Communicating with customers
  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Dealing with logistic queries and returns
  • Responding to non-technical customer enquiries

 

Suitable applicants will have:

  • Excellent keyboard skills 
  • Customer communication skills to deal with internal and external customers 
  • Good standard of verbal and written English
